The account opening process is very hectic and unorganized. After installing the app, I submitted all the required documents and completed KYC, but later I received an email from a KASB KTrade representative again asking for my CNIC front and back, which I had already provided. Even after resending, there was no proper follow-up. Later, I was asked again to resubmit all documents, including bank statement and salary slip. Very poor coordination and communication.

Really pathetic app, bugs and poor response by them and customer care I had opted for cash withdrawal on 30 Sep but it got revoked auto after a day without any info of such then once i noticed that amount has not been received, I called them and initiated again.. they assured me it will be in my bank by next day 6-7 pm, after 7 pm no amount was received and they don't pick calls after 7 i was on waiting for 40 minutes, its 4 Oct and still i didn't recieve my money

this app is draining all my battery, always running in the background even if I close it from tasks. I had to go to app info and force stop everytime, otherwise it's draining battery all the time. Redmi Note 12. Android 15.
