Suddenly (Sept of 2024) became unstable. Loses my progress. Crashes. Also loses my progress and doesn't crash (in the background)! I gave it all the battery and background permissions. I hope it gets fixed. Pixel 6. Update: I am finding that if I collapse the work out before switching apps, that helps avoid losing progress. Maybe it forces a write to storage at that time? However, the rest timer continues to fail to ring if the app gets backgrounded at all. I hope this helps.

Since they worked the bugs out of the original this app is awesome. Does everything you need for stronglifts 5x5 workout. UPDATE: each iteration of this app gets better and better. The ability to change sets, reps, and weight per set along with many other features makes this app great for customization for body building while maintaining the 5 X 5 strength training at it's core. You'd be hard pressed to find a better weight training app anywhere.

That app is great. It's really helped me stay motivated, make well thought out changes to my routine and ensure progressive overload. *** One request to the devs: let us customize the bell so I can have a different tone for different rest times. *** Otherwise it keeps getting improved and I'm a happy paying user.
