I tried buying units for my meter instead of me getting my token immediately it has been 2 days and MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN. they keep saying it's still processing, customer support line and email is basically useless and this app will leave you stranded, please run away from this godforsaken app.

The customer service is so poor I made payments some hours ago, the account is yet to be credited, the receiver's account number is not on the receipt and I could not verify that I inputted the right account number, I have tried reaching the customer service since then I have not received reply from them neither was I able to call the customer service line, this is so sad. Edit: it has been resolved thanks

this app is making me crazy I paid for an application on police academy with this portal but it hasn't reflected please do to reflect it
