Got my child a watch yesterday. When we got home I started to set it up through the app. I was able to sync the watch and start adding contacts. In the middle of adding 1 contact, the app crashed. I have not been able to get back in since. It keeps saying "all items core app failing." Please fix this. I cannot add contacts, and family is also having the same problem.

Watch is great but the app is terrible. Very slow. Uploading contacts was difficult. It kept uploading so I cancelled and tried again but when I looked on the watch the contacts were there. Also, this is our second day and the app does not open at all!! I have uninstalled and installed but nothing. All items core API failing, is the message I am receiving

Had app almost 2 years now. Always been a little glitchy and now hasn't worked for 1 week. Apparently everyone with an Android is having issues with api failing. On several feeds looking for solutions. Resets, redownloads, updates, clearing cashe etc, not working. T-Mobile so far no word on fix. Figure 1 star will call attention to issue for fix. Otherwise been a solid 3.5. I'll give a 4 if ya'll fix it. Thanks!!!
