I've had this app for years, first as a Sprint customer and then T-Mobile after the merger. I specifically used it because I need to read my voicemails. After the latest update of my phone, I was no longer getting transcripts and instead received a notification telling me to subscribe to "Premium" if I want transcripts. You now have to pay a fee for the "visual" portion of Visual Voicemail. There were constant errors and malfunctions with the app anyway, but now it's next to useless.

This app is so frustrating! Constantly having issues with trying to delete messages, getting "Refresh failed". The damn spammers are filling up my mailbox, and I can't delete them most of the time to make room! Having the ability to read the voicemails, rather than listening to them, is pretty much the only positive thing I have to say.

I receive a lot of spam calls and my voicemail fills up every other day. I don't get proper notifications and when I do get notifications, it's very late. I can't mass delete ever, I get the sync issue like so many others do. I have tried to manually delete some and try to delete some in mass - I still get sync issues. This should be a simple app and should work without issue.
