The best since 2002 I can't believe how long I been with yall. Yall always stay on yall toes with new things. Loving the App and Tmobile Tuesday. Yall customer service is great and yall always look out for a sista when it comes to needing help and options to pay my bill and keep my ph on. Thanx for everything you do. Payment issues This app was working fine 3 months ago. Now, Every time I set a payment to be processed for my bill on a certain day, it never processes. I get confirmation that it does, but the day of, nothing has been processed. then I have to go in manually and do it all over again, then get a text message saying that it didn't go through but it really did. Not only that, somehow my monthly payment dated got changed to 3 days earlier than the original. Customer service say they don't how that happened. Huh!
Love! Been with T-Mobile for almost 14 years and have referred 5+ friends, over the years. Totally love them! Their customer service is amazing! ALL companies could benefit from their training. Have never thought about switching and never will! Now the one thing they can fix with their latest app, is that it won't keep me logged in even though I check that option EVERY time. Maybe you can look into that? 😉
Love the app and love this company!!! I absolutely love T-Mobile! I think they have a fair price, they have great service (including costumer service). This app works beautifully. You can see how much data you've used, how much data your family has used, and you can see your bills, just a really great app. I switched to T-Mobile from ATT about 4 years ago and I couldn't be any happier!
Love T-Mobile for their unlimited data and hot spot. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is I seem to have connection issues in more rural places where I didn't have the issues when I was with att. Not that big a deal to me as I don't travel much. But the unlimited data and 14g hot spot per phone per month makes it so much better. Recommended to several people to switch.
Not tested well... Could be much better as much as my bill is each month. Also, some tabs do not open. It says "too many redirects". I have tried uninstalling, logging in and out, restarting phone but the same app still does not work or show accurate data... Tmobile tech call me if you care.
