Re-validation of user negates most of usefulness. Plus: unlike the old app, it works more reliably. Minus: after restarting your phone it demands you re-validate with phone number and password the next time you use it. The biggest advantage of this app is monitoring and renewing your account when you're on the go. If you don't remember your password and your password is at home or somewhere else, the app is of no use. If you are home where you have your password, then you probably have a computer and can connect to T-Mobile, and don't need the app.
its just connection issue otherwise all grate! It is been long time i pay my phone bill under $170 all inculded 4 line family, love the advantage of low price. Had ATT before and ATT is ok, not like super grate and i was paying $30 more than what i am now. Both customer service ate great when it needed. T-mobile has mostly 4 bars at most of the time. which mean not 5 or not 3... My 4x family plan real cost with my employee discount is $126 only... rest cost are insurance. my only wish to make t-mobile better is more Antana... thanks you!
App won't even open for me.. Since the last upgrade, every time I try to go to the app, it says, "We do not recognize your SIM card. Please insert T-Mobile SIM card. " I have the same card in there that I've always had, made sure it was in there properly, ect. App is still not working. Sent a couple emails in about it over the last couple of weeks and still have gotten no responses.. If someone could help me fix this issue, my rating would go up.
Love it I have always been a huge T-Mobile fan. I have tried other networks but I always end back up at T-Mobile. What you get vs the price. Can't beat it. My paydays are always the end of the month. So every month I am able to get on the T-Mobile app and make a payment arrangement. I pick the day I get paid and tell it to take the $ out then. You have an option to break it into 2 payments as well. Which I don't need, but somebody else could probably use that. So on that note, I love me some T-Mobile!
Excellent I have been with TMOBILE for over 20 years. I was without you when you were called Voice Stream. Many, many moons ago !!! Yes, I love tmobile! The app is also very helpful and easy to use. I won't leave tmobile. The only problem is I have a protection plan on all lines from NJ. Now I am in PR and they will NOT HONOR NJ PROTECTION PLAN !!! THAT IS A HUGE PROBLEM !!! PLEASE TRY AND FIND A SOLUTION PLEASE !
customer service the best the customer service is effectively better than the coverage or quality of products. I'm glad I switched to tmobile. they do seem to put a lot of trust into their shareholders. I've had a reoccurring issue and I have to call every month to have my bill adjusted and the people working for this company really seem to enjoy helping us out. that's why I'm sticking to it. if the customer service stops being awesome I will not continue being a loyal customer.
