Almost worthless Can't even view my bill as it says I am not primary. Give me a break. Had to call CS to add an authorized user. Can only add/remove payment info when paying a bill. I split the bill and payments are a pita because an authorized user can't get at the billing. The web site isn't much better. I never had any of these problems with AT&T. Just may go back.
Although it's all right.. But why it is not working in another country other than US..all the time I am getting notification that T-mobile is not working..
Convenient I love the convenience of having my bills and paying at my finger tips. Its nice seeing all the deals too. I also love tmobile service and customer service.
i like the service but the phone needs improvement. i was having the same problem with my old phone. i wanted to know if you can fix the issue where the mute button unmutes itself and wont stay off muted.
Was great until update I use the app for both our lines, and now it asks for a password, I enter it and says not registered. I call BS. Was able to use no problem before the recent update. Already registered both numbers.
App, what app? Can't even figure out what this app is for. It won't load on my phone. Test your app guys.
