Doesn't work This app used to work but now it doesn't show correct info. It says I used 0 minutes and I've 111, message don't match and data is wrong. Why doesn't work?? Oh yeah it makes you shut off wifi to access anything. Wish I could uninstall.
No sign off option??? I like this app but I don't understand what's the point of letting you restrict user access to the My Tmobile account if that same user can basically access the same information in his phone thru this app. I think this app should require some kind of log in/log out option or to block access to the user if he is restricted on the main user's My Tmobile account. Come on Tmo, this shouldn't be so hard for you.
No Longer Works Has not worked properly since 02/2015. Use to be able to view usage for the multiple lines on the account now can only see 1. That is only tip of the iceberg
Can I do anything? It's hard to do anything at all. Can NEVER pay my bill. Always have to call it in, pretty pointless as far as that goes
Not working Brand new t-mobile customer and all ready this app does not work. When I select the sync icon, it tells me that no device info to be found at this time and is stuck on a previous sync time and date. No luck with it working.
Battery drainer Watch out - when running in background will eat up 10% of ur battery life which is the highest i have seen for an app. Even android itself is at about 6%
