Love! Been with T-Mobile for almost 14 years and have referred 5+ friends, over the years. Totally love them! Their customer service is amazing! ALL companies could benefit from their training. Have never thought about switching and never will! Now the one thing they can fix with their latest app, is that it won't keep me logged in even though I check that option EVERY time. Maybe you can look into that? 😉
Great products and services I have never had a problem with my phone. The T-Mobile agent Ado at Hampton Village(STL) set up my new phone and was very nice and helpful. He explained everything. When I got home and forgot the new password I set, a T-Mobile phone rep. walked me through rebooting the phone and made sure I was happy(as much as I could be after locking myself out of the phone 20 minutes after purchasing it). I have not had anytime that T-Mobile hasn't helped or provided the services they promised. Very happy.
T-Mobile is awesome I've been using T-Mobile for about 10 years and have never had any big problems. The couple small issues I've run into they fixed right away for me. Everyone I've worked with have always been very kind, knowledgeable, and proactive in giving me the best service for my money and my usage. I would highly recommend them to anyone in their service range.
Awesome I've been with all the big carriers and so far T-Mobile is hands down the best! Even their app is better than the others apps! The one and only complaint I have is not having service in most rural areas (they offer an in home receiver and booster combo with your service if you can't get signal at your residence). Oh and Tuesday is always a good day when you're with T-Mobile! The one carrier that actually cares about their customers, thank you T-Mobile!
Payment issues This app was working fine 3 months ago. Now, Every time I set a payment to be processed for my bill on a certain day, it never processes. I get confirmation that it does, but the day of, nothing has been processed. then I have to go in manually and do it all over again, then get a text message saying that it didn't go through but it really did. Not only that, somehow my monthly payment dated got changed to 3 days earlier than the original. Customer service say they don't how that happened. Huh!
Very user friendly carrier! With the exception of my data and mobile signal dropping in and out at my house, I've had 0 issues otherwise. I've called T-Mobile several times to inquire about my current plan and alternative options and I've never been treated with more respect and patience than any and all the carriers I've had in the past. If they could just get the coverage area a little more consistent I'd give them full stars across the board. Why didn't I switch to them sooner? Lol
