Downloaded the app and it worked fine at the Basic level. But it doesn't do transcription without Premium. Under My Account, it says "earn More" - when I click that it says "Call customer care to upgrade." - but I can't figure out which customer care to call. I tried my provider. They said they don't do it. I called T-Mobile - which is the developer of the APP and they sent me back to Mint. I want to give them money to use this feature but can't figure out how!

Finally, an update after YEARS of user complaints (& I sent several app support emails that continue to go unanswered)! So I updated, cleared cache, gave the app all permissions, turned off wifi, turned on mobile data (LTE+, great reception). But still, the old familiar problem: "Activation Error. Visual voicemail was not activated. Please try again. ERR: VMC403-0". I'm on Samsung Note 10+ (USA, unlocked), One UI 4.1, Android 12. Standup Wireless, T-Mobile network. Please fix this! PLEASE? 😭

Much easier to use than having to call and go through the automated system which is too time consuming when you have to wait and listen to multiple options that are unnecessary. Oh! And God forbid you mistakenly hit an incorrect number on the number pad and end up back at the beginning. Where you have to go through every option from the beginning ALL over again.
