I had the app on my phone and used it yesterday and worked fine. Today I went on the app and an updated version came up and won't let me play songs until I accept a newer version that has a monthly fee. Your rates are high enough. I want to cancel my account and get a credit charged back to my credit card for the 21 credit s I still have.and I am a bartender. I know a lot of people that you don't want me to let know. Terrible. Can't get to connect to any jukebox anywhere. I tried reaching out to support and get no response. This is an awful experience and will be not supporting this less than desirable wannabe jukebox app. Now I'm stuck with credits that I bought that I can't use. Followed every instruction recommended, reinstalled, restarted app and phone, tried toggling airplane mode, tried using a wifi connection.

I downloaded this app. I bought credits, played songs on my local jukebox. To my horror....my credit card keeps getting charged 5 dollars for each song I played...in addition to using my credits up. Why would anyone pay 5$ to hear one song? Nobody at Touchtunes seems to care, nor refund me. I just want them to delete my account, and I cannot even get that done. Guess I will uninstall the app...and get a credit card replacement with new numbers so they cannot keep charging me illegally!
