very inconvenient login procedure. every time you close the app you have to retype your password again. There is no "Remember me" option, face id, or fingerprint. I've been told by the representative that they removed it for security purposes. they told me it's more safe to type it in rather than use your fingerprint or face ID. I don't know about you, but it makes absolutely no sense to me. it seems like every company makes updates just to make the app worse. it should be the other way around

Works properly HALF of the time. When I look at the distance, then use Google maps to take me there it's a lot further than it says, i.e., says 50 miles will actually be 110 miles. Constantly taking off fuel stops that I know take the card without a fee because I went to it a week prior. Won't have fuel stops on route for long distances and have to stop somewhere random to get fuel, and they take the card without a fee, TCS just doesn't have it on their app.

I have to give it one star. they advertised getting up to .54c off per gallon but they failed to mention that they use fuel stations and truck stops that don't even update their own systems. i went to a AMBest where TCS said I would get at least 0.34 off from 3.69 but that was false they were at 3.99 and I only got 0.29c off. and because I put my fuel money on the card, I couldn't go to the fuel station down the highway that was advertised at 3.45.
