An expense app that can't save cards on the server??? Aside from the registration being a painful experience (every time I set up a password, next time I login it's wrong... tried 4 times and created a new account. Same thing everywhere. This is absolutely infuriating). Then I tried adding 3 different cards. One did not work - "contact support"... What is this? IRS? Absolutely terrible experience.

Navan app is not worth "my" time. I do all the work it does nothing. App is not very intuitive. I spend 30 minutes trying to process two toll receipts totaling $1.88. App allows uploading more than one screenshot of tolls but does not total the two together. If one of the two tolls is less than 50 cents it will not allow you submit. Plus you have to answer many questions with way too many multiple choice options never knowing which is real correct.

Definitely a form over function situation. There's so many animations and graphics that slow you down when you're trying to input a lot of expenses, and there's a loading pop-up between almost every function. Using the website is much faster. It looks pretty but just feels clunky.
