Great... When it Works When I first got the app, it was really helpful for getting in contact with my doctors, getting results, and keeping track of my appointments. For the last few months, it's stuck in UCHealth today when I open the app and won't let me go to the main menu to do anything else. So now I can't message my doctors or see results. Very frustrating when I see multiple specialists on a regular basis.

It does not remember the login info. I can't use a complex generated password since I can never remember it. When I type the password in, I have no option to see what I type. Also changing the password from time to time makes the process even worth. There is no fingerprint login either. All in all the app is useless since I can't login to it for the reason pointed out above . It is much easier to use the website instead since the browser remembers the password.

Constantly errors. I've been uninstalled and installed several times over the last year. I can never get my messages or see many of the options. I continually get server errors. If I want to use my healthconnect at all, I have to be at a desktop rather than using this app. It's a waste of a download
