why isn't the scanning working? it says the data required to scan has not been downloaded to the device, I already updated the app, uninstalled and installed and still not working, my wifi works well aswell.

I love my MyWic app, so it is easy to make appointments or even reschedule, or just to get knowledgeable information, it's an all-around great app !

the app even though has permission does not scan anything and every barcode I type in despite having a WIC sticker says it's not a WIC item
