I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

Somehow, I think the so called "new CVS app" is not user friendly. I get messages that the app is not available, will close, not valid among other messages that are completely weird. what is the solution? Should I remove the app and reinstall? I tried to call the Customer Service phone number and was more confused than before. The app needs to be revamped with customer input.

How is it possible in 2026 to have such an incredible horrendous app. The photo ordering in this app is next to imposible. The sizes screens don't load completely or scroll so you have to add sizes that aren't want you want just to be able to access the ines that you do. If you get to some screens and touch back for any reason, it deletes all of the selections you made. The incorporation with your phone's gallery is awful. The free chinese photo editing apps have better integration. Awful.
