I use this app to manage my prescriptions. Most of the time it's not very slow responding and I have to try multiple times to get in. Once I go to the CVS location to pick up the feature where they just scan the barcode NEVER works. I'm told by the employees that it's because I pick up too many (10 to 20 scripts) The stores need updated systems . This app would be great if it worked for more than 75% of the time.

I like the convenience but it doesn't show pricing before submitting refill requests. More annoyingly, it doesn't transition from one screen to the next, returning instead to the screen you were just on or giving a system error msg. I've also had issues paying for prescriptions within the app.

This app was great until an update about 6 months ago. Since then I get an error message when ever I try to view my filled prescriptions. The error dialog gives me a "retry" or "continue" option but it doesn't matter which one I click, it just spins and never loads. Since this problem started occuring, the app has been completely useless to me. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the issue persists. Any advice or feedback would be great. Thank you!
