I was scammed due to a security vulnerability in QNB Bank. Even though my debit card was deactivated for international use, a foreign entity managed to withdraw money from my account. I can’t understand how this is even possible. It’s shocking. I’ve completely lost my trust in QNB Bank , one morning, all my money could have been gone. I called QNB Bank and asked for an explanation, but they keep avoiding the issue. They say it’s impossible to get my money back. This is absurd.

It doesn't level up to the level of such a bank like qnb, it makes no sense local banks are having better bank apps while qnb app UI is outdated and always must bring up a loading circle when navigating the app, the services provided are sufficient and excellent. hoping UI will integrate latest modern desgin and functionality.

I went to QNB Bank Alshad branch to open an account and they showed me an app called QNB Mobile and said they can't open an account. If I could open an account then why did I go to you and they said to go to another branch. It's very sad.
