Atrocious design and functionality. First of all, the application doesn't function unless you grant location permission? Why? Great question, would love an answer on that. Secondly, the application itself doesn't work. It took me nearly 5 minutes of restarting the application to finally get logged in. After that, the transfers I attempted to make failed due to errors. Completely unusable garbage, and with the location permissions, probably spyware. 0/10, probably moving my money to a real bank.

The app is generally easy to use for making payments and transfering money to other accounts. The one major thing that would help in the list of transactions view would be to show the balance next to entry without having to tap the screen each time. If the text was a little smaller and compacted then there would be space for this and also room for more entries on screen.

I am continually getting 'struggling to connect' error. I generally have to come off WiFi to get it to work. Or close and reopen when on mobile network. Also, the app doesn't appear in my notifications on my phone (Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra) and I do not receive any notifications even though they're are turned on so I suspect are related
