New app is much to fancy, are the pretty graphics & animation necessary? No. Bill payments and transfers separate now, preferred them together so don't have to flip back and forth. Also been having trouble updating bill payments and transfers, it will say "Saved" but the screen doesn't go back to previous menu. Select to go back & it tells you unsaved information will be lost, even though it did say "Saved", reopen the bill payment or transfer and information was not saved/changed. Have to delete to change.
Latest update won't let me get past security question. Can't login. Response edit: Thanks but I doubt they can tell me anything I haven't already tried. I do Android development, I already know all the tricks.
I really like the app. But it seems to have trouble when I receive an e-transfer. It tells me that I need to download the app when I've been using it for a long time. Obviously this is a glitch as others are having the same problem. Otherwise it has worked well for me.
Same problems as Zaka Zz ... I have tried a few times this past month to receive my pay via etransfer and each time it tells me to reload the app. I have been using the app, previously, for years without any problem and just this past month it had failed every pay day. Up until now I was satisfied with the app and since the beginning of February when an update went thru it doesn't work 😕
Overdesigned, slow, and unreliable. Every few days it has a "technical issue" when trying to do fingerprint login, but I just think it's to force the user to manually put in the password since that works right away. Just work, damn it.
It was at least marginally functional before but now it just says "technical difficulties" every time I try to log in. Totally useless. And before you reply, RBC, no. I am not going to call you and sit on hold to tell you a problem that several other people have already reported. Get it together. For a huge corporation you sure have a useless app.
