Worst banking experience ever. Every time, after 3 days or so, I go to sign on, wrong password. I try again, locked out. Now I have to reset my password on my laptop. If I enable fingerprint as a sign-on, I'm locked out after 24hrs. Asked the bank about it, they have no explanation. Due to it being the biggest annoyance, will return to online banking via PC, or using an ATM. Thanks for nothing.
Please fix the fingerprint reader on this. It was working fine until recently and then an update ruined it for me. Now everytime I try to enable fingerprint reader. It asks me to sign out and enable check card. I go to my walet and play around and get into RBC app thru it and then somehow enable it. Once i logout to attempt a fingerprint log in. BAM ITS DISABLED AGAIN. Please fix this issue and I will change the rating.
Doesn't work most of the time so I ended trying to use it only at self-checkout places (less embarrassing). Tried the app on several phones since they launched it but they never got it working well. Finally uninstalled it and will never use it again. I would come back to use my RBC accounts anytime when they start using Android Pay. Really RBC if you wanted your customers to use your own mobile payment solution you should've built it right. I like your RBC mobile app though !
The deposit cheque feature doesn't work. When I open the camera to take pictures of cheque in app, the screen doesn't show anything, just a black blank screen. Other than that it is good
The top bar for navigation is now down further cutting the top row of icons in half. When trying to change the number of days to view in 'Activities' it is now impossible to do. Information in other functions is hidden under the bar now. This has been going on in the last to updates of the app. Any chance of a fix?
App hasn't been working the past 2 days. Wanted to make an E-transfer and transfer money within my accounts... But it keeps saying technical issues. Really annoying.
