Here's a review you could write for the app regarding the signup issue: --- App Signup Issue - Error Code 67 I recently tried signing up for this app and encountered an issue during the CNIC verification process. After entering the required CNIC number, I received an "Unexpected error 67" message, preventing me from completing my registration. Despite trying several times, the error persists. This issue is quite frustrating, especially since no further guidance or solution is provided.

Useless app, poor customer support. I submitted biometric verification on 23rd August in JS bank, and still my debit is blocked due to biometric. I can't transfer my funds , can't withdrawal , even I can not pay bills. Everytime talk to customer support , they reply after half an hour after every message. I called there helpline they told me we can't do anything , the system is down. In this modern and digital age you still need 48 hours to verify. Not recommended, use any other wallet

The app is really great especially debit card but I am facing issue with the response time of the server , which is slower , I would be glad if you can increase the number of backend servers which handle requests and make faster access such as logins transfer and even operate at slow internet.
