Pathetic app. Facing error of "unable to process the request multiple times". Also facing another error "you have logged in from another device". Raised my query on the helpline multiple times but of no use. I am regretting why I chose JS bank and re-activated my dormant account. And also checked the reviews that multiple people are facing same issue.

Very disappointed with this bank’s service. I opened my account 10 days ago and received a tracking ID, but the request is still under process with no update about my eligibility. I emailed the complaint team several times, but they only gave repetitive replies. The digital banking team never responded, and phone banking officers also failed to resolve issue. Overall, the service and communication are extremely V.POOR. STILL NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM MAIL ADDRESS GIVEN BY YOU (DEVELOPERS).

the experience overall is reliable and good with lots of room for improvement. EDIT: it now requires unreasonable permissions: camera, mic, contacts, phone, and a few others. AND RECEIPT SHARE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK AND THE APP ALSO DOES NOT LET YOU TAKE A SCREENSHOT. How am I supposed to send funds transfer proof?
