Pathetic app. Facing error of "unable to process the request multiple times". Also facing another error "you have logged in from another device". Raised my query on the helpline multiple times but of no use. I am regretting why I chose JS bank and re-activated my dormant account. And also checked the reviews that multiple people are facing same issue.

Before the app was really good and very convenient but it's getting worse and worse. I tried to open the app 100 times but always written that we are sorry unable to proceed further, log out, log in again. I don't know why. even unable to see the remaining balance and also cannot transfer the amount to anyone. if this happens again and again believe me I will close my bank account and also close the account of my hospital, workers and family members. this app is totally useless now.

Absolutely terrible. I applied for their credit card, which got out of TAT, talked to their teams, lodged a complaint, escalated to branch and even raised it to SBP. They barely make ang progress in a week. One verification call in 1 to 2 weeks is a terrible way for a bank to offer any products
