Ratings and reviews

The fact that the app is REQUIRED in order to access some of the special functions of the washer is annoying. The interaction between the app and the machine is somewhat limited, while the PRIORITY is on selling products. Viewing or editing favorites while a load is running is not an option. Favorites can only be created through the app, which defaults as the only favorite that can be accessed on the machine cp (I know, not an app issue). One advantage is the cycle completed notifications.

I like the washer and dryer set. I had some problem getting them to connect to our Wi-Fi, so I could use the Remote Start. But I called their Care dept and was given great help which got me what I needed. I love using my phone to choose a setting and start the machines or check how much time is left to a cycle. Now I've contacted support to find out why, when I pause the washer, the door does not unlock like it has up until now. But I'm very hopeful, I will once again get the help I need.

it is ridiculous that you need an app for an appliance like a microwave. but you need the app to keep time because the microwave constantly loses time. however, actually connecting to the microwave is ridiculous. I have tried multiple times and the connection process fails. if you're going to force an app on people too use your appliance well, make your app one that actually is easy to set up.
