EasyGo is slow as hell and takes 10 business days to load. Always have to stop and wait by the payment scanner until the QR code appears. Sometimes it'll automatically freeze or minimize and joy oh joy I'll have to start the whole process all over again. All this while the queue of passengers behind overtake me with a tap of their payment card. Can't this app load any faster??????

This app is very convenient but the gcash remittance is always on system maintenance especially on pay day and also when the rate is high gcash always on system maintenance until the rate drop. It's crazy.

I've been using it for more than a year already. it's been convenient sending money, but this past 2 months, it's always under maintenance. I can't send to gcash remittance. Hope this problem will be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.
