app works like it should but I'm not happy with my rates going up considerably for no honest reason. I've been with Just insure for well over a year now. Last 90day renewel it was a $0.01 a mile increase, but it's both a mile and now also a daily rate of almost $0.20... nothing has negatively changed but now they're trying to say my lack of recent credit history which is rather confusing since the policy is on a car I'm purchasing with credit and haven't had any issues. no loyalty appreciation

Just insure literally saved my life. I'm not kidding. I was paying 140 for bare bones minimum coverage with progressive for a vehicle that is 30 years old. After having switched with Just for almost 2 years I've over a thousand dollars. Even with WAY better coverage . At first they tracked your trips which was terrible but they changed it very quickly for the better. I couldn't be happier with this and it's the few things in my life that have actually worked out. Agents are easy to reach too.

Rates keep going higher and higher. Started off really low and suddenly it was an increase. Customer service is horrible as if they didn't even have a department they base their rates on your credit as well. I have good credit and have screenshots to prove it yet they say it's unavailable. This company is a sham and they know exactly what they're doing and they take advantage. No type of building customer relationships or anything of that sort. These are probably the reasons why it's lower cost.
