The app was slow and a bit glitchy at times, but it worked well enough for having my library card digitally and at least seeing my account. I had to place holds and renew with the library itself on my laptop because that aspect never functioned well. Now there was an update and it won't even find my library. Useless waste of phone space at this point.

Not a very reliable app. I have to constantly sign back in when using this to register books, or search. I am very close to just using my library's website instead of the Aspen Lida app. An app is supposed to save your info so you don't have to keep signing in, at least, every other app I use does this seamlessly.

this is an amazing app i love it, however, I am stuck at the screen to select my location, and it provides no results of any kind after suddenly logging me out one day, will check back repeatedly till it works and update reveiw! please help thanks guys!
