Ratings and reviews

Got transferred twice, waited a half hour, and spoke with the rudest doctor. They can't handle common things like ear infections so it's pretty worthless app and process. Coupled with the charge (should be fully covered by insurance) this app and essentially the entire process is useless. If you have a runny nose I guess this might be up your alley, but otherwise it's a complete waste of time and technology for them to offer this service and then not offer care.

Great care service delivery option. However, the application is lacking. Unable to view after visit summaries and obtain billing details on the app and it doesn't flag that they can only be found via the desktop browser. Ideally, these details would be connected to the mychart app.

Sooooooo sloooooooooow.... Even when the app isn't showing a loading indicator, it takes an exceptionally long time to move from screen to screen. And it triggers the Android OS "this app isn't responding, do you want to wait or force quit it?" Notice about every ten seconds. If you're extremely patient and avoid accidentally clicking the "force quit this app" notice, you can get through the screening forms and connect to a physician. So the app technically works, though is extremely finicky.
