Ratings and reviews

Repeatedly ask for blue tooth, which device is already connected to my phone ? Unable to launch sign up at all? Tried on website, and phone app. NOT impressed, but cuff does at least take a pressure. App did work if you reboot/power off phone EACH time you want to connect device via Bluetooth. Still NOT IMPRESSED. Keep in mind there is NO RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPERS!

So far - two months in - I love it. Easy to apply and use, and the app works well and connection is easy and accurate. Export function works great, although we need to come up with some sort of way to chart by time (want to see trend lines at times of day.) I have three wrist monitors and this is the only one I ever use now. I would buy it again.

Export is broken since March! Otherwise, The cuff works consistently well and I've been using it for three years. I've compared readings in my doctor's office several times it's it's been very close. The MocaHeart is sporadic with Ox levels that are inaccurate about 25% of the time and velocity inaccurate about 40%. When it works, it's useful but for blood oxygen, I prefer my other device. Most of the time it takes two cycles to get a reading.
