How it works:
Ordering is really easy. Use the locator or fill in your address manually to define where you want the food delivered. Pick your favourite restaurant and dishes. Then, effortlessly pay online via PayU or with a debit/credit card or simply pay cash at the door.

Curious when your food will be delivered? You can follow your order from the kitchen to your doorstep via the Food Tracker®! You will also receive 3 messages to update you on the status of your order: one to confirm your order, one to tell you the restaurant is preparing your food, and one when your food is on the way.

Bad customer support. This app allows its resturants to edit the receipt from what you actually ordered, to what they have in stock. AFTER YOU PAY! My delivery was missing TWO items, and substituted with no notice. Takeaway customer service was of no help, even with my screenshot of the list of things that I actually ordered. I will not be using them again. Other apps give credit or make it right. These people do not care after you pay.

Horrendous UI, a lot of bugs. Your card can't be saved for future purchases even if you enable the option, the stamps section errors out, you accumulate points but got nowhere to use them and if they have enough delivery personnel you have a chance to get your order.

Worst delivery service ever! Ordered hour and a half ago and they confirmed 40 minutes delivery time. Called the restaurant, the food is ready and waiting for a courier for more than an hour. The restaurant cannot reach takeaway, nor can I. My 4 year old obvoiusly will eat something else tonight. "Great" customer service.
