App was working fine until I changed phone. the app closes itself and returns to home screen while m still trying to transact. I called call center and was told to restart phone which didn't work. went to a branch where they gave me new credentials but problem still persists. not sure how to proceed. please assist.

The App is cluttered with too many icons yet lacking basic functions such as generating, downloading and sharing a bank statement. App freezes all the time citing "no response from the bank" Borrow a leaf from the Equity or Absa Bank apps

The application is great and very easy to use thanks for the updates. 1. there is an issue with the "send mobile money" tab. When you select MTN it only allows to se d to only my number not any other number and its only airtel that can give alternative but still can't send to mtn others. 2. When you request for E-statement, it is not sent to the email.
