Extremely buggy app as well as the website. Been a long time customer and the now I'm rethinking it. Cannot pay for my order at all. The website is stuck on the payment page while the app gives a blank screen once I log in with my credentials. If I close the app and re start it all my shopping history is wiped and I need to log in all over again. Extremely frustrating experience given that they are a completely online store.

Very poor experience with deliveries. Based on multiple orders, I can easily say that either your order will be delayed, misrouted multiple times, or not delivered by citing random factually incorrect reasons. It's a task to get your product delivered. They forget about the part where they have to deliver the order once you have placed it and paid.

I have been loyal to SS for so many years that I can't even remember. All products are great and diverse and also the quality of clothes are top notch. I have been prime member for quite a long time as well. And thanks for adding oversized clothes to the catalogues it's really the star of the show.
