Awful app. It doesn't recognise the vin to my 2017 BMW and says it's learning more about this model, you've had 7 years to learn about it. Some screens (such as when making a payment) you can't exit out of unless you force close the app.

What exactly is this app useful for? It looks like you can only diagnose problems which the old app does just fine. Plus it takes forever to load. Maybe email some instructions with this app. I like the old 1 100% more

OBD II basic functions should be 💯 possible but this app says I need the next gen model of their device... What utter BS. Money grabbing F's. so ANY £15/20 generic scanner is more capable than their gen 1 device that cost £70?? Please, quit the BS.
