Ratings and reviews

Loads initially, but if you don't fully close out of the app and reopen, it will just hang on the loading screen for any new notifications. Videos are unable to be viewed on my Samsung or Google phones, seems to be made for IOS and retrofitted (badly) for Android. Latest update shows the photo updates even smaller and can no longer download without going to the website dashboard and literally right-clicking instead. Infuriating, when the updates about my baby are meant to feel good.

I hate this app. Doesn't work. Alerts are inconsistent and downloading pictures just hangs or takes like 10 minutes a photo. This isn't 1992 with a modem. Flipping to other apps can make this app a blank screen. Seems like no development is done to address these obvious bugs. I guess company doesn't have the ability to develop and QA quality products.

The app is very satisfying. My child is easily booked onto the days. It also tells you the communication they do at the centre. And the best thing I love is the photos they take I can download it straight away. Super easy. I'd recommend.
