The app is a disaster for people with a visual impairment. No dark mode, incredibly small font that doesn't scale with android font settings and low contrast on top of that. Clearly not designed with customers with low vision in mind. Same applies to the horrible random reader. Just a high contrast / dark mode and fonts that would scale with android font settings would bring it a long way.

Had to jump through some hoops to get the app working again after the recent August 12 update. After the update app failed to start ('something went wrong, try again later' message). Uninstalled data and app, had to remove all mobile devices from device registrations using web access on a computer, reinstall the app on the phone and reregister the phone. Finally working again. Not very upgrade friendly...

Terrible app, it makes me so angry. The splash screen loads forever upon opening. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it can't make the verbinding. I used to have a phone with Android 10 so I said "must be the phone, too old". Bought a new phone with Android 14 and STILL DOESN'T WORK. Error after error, tried everything, restarting, updating, unistalling. I am so frustrated with this, I should have access to my finances anywhere and anytime but this app is useless. I am considering switching bank.

How unpleasant to read that it's not working as it should. Are you having this problem only with wifi or also with 4G/5G connection?
