The workflow of the user experience when you create a membership account and then try to login is just not working. Sending an email with next steps and a link will sort out the problem. Please, take a moment to think about customer journey.

Worst impossible. The app is pure rubbish, so complex to just create a profile, and you cannot create a common profile for your family, you have to create a profile for each individual member with individual and unique mails... Stupid when you have wife and several kids. To add insult to injury the personnel at Jesus Green Lido in Cambridge just proved useless. They just don't care, don't know how the app works, don't know how to sell tickets and are too lazy to learn or do something extra.
