The Life Goals Collaborative Care application is a self-management and psychoeducational application for individuals with mood disorders. Life Goals is an evidence-based program that is designed to help individuals with mental health conditions improve their health through self-management sessions. This application is part of ongoing research and users of the application must be a consented participant to use the functionality.
