Ни приложение, ни официальный сайт не работают без регистрации по номеру телефона, а при попытке регистрации выдает ошибку. Пробовал и с российским, и с грузинским телефоном - ни один не проходит. Написать в поддержку также невозможно без регистрации - замкнутый круг.

Невозможно зарегистрироваться. Код для регистрации не приходит. Пробовали несколько номеров телефонов из России и Италии. Что в приложении, что на сайте.

Бронировал кондоминиум на Пхукете. Приехал заселяться, оказалось там идет долгосрочный ремонт. В поддержке не отвечают вообще. Администратор этого кондоминиума попросила отменить платеж при помощи поддержки моего банка. Для этого нужны официальные доказательства с их стороны, которые подтвердили бы их согласие. На запрос любых подтверждений сначала идет обещание прислать все необходимое, за тем игнор. Борюсь с ними уже 3 недели, результата никакого. Никому не советую пользоваться данным сервисом
