My dissatisfaction is off chart. I'm writing this to prevent your possibility of wasting time and being irritated. I was attractive by its 1USD=20MXN promotion. Their online chat was friendly and before their authentication judgement came out, everything seems just on the track. Two days later, they send me a letter saying for security reasons they are unable to complete my transaction. That's not all. They locked my account, unabled to explain what suspicious behavior they thought I committed, and insisted the verdict by their security check system (superior than three credit bureaus, obviously). No way to flip, no room for discussion, no change of response no matter how many times I tried (2 phone calls, 2 online chats)... That's the worst business I've ever had in US, and incredibly in my life. Although their promotion may look good, think twice for your own sake.
