Very dishonest absolutely. The app failed to offer 15% discount for my last order, I contacted the customer service saying that the it may be caused by technical fault, and will offer £3 back for next offer. I make order today, same issues happened again. I contacted customer service again giving me same explanation. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service subsequently put all responsibility to the restaurant, and said the restaurant forgot to remove teh discount function from the app.

Hi, thanks for leaving us some feedback, and I'm sorry to hear you're dissatisfied with your recent experience. The restaurant however responsible for updating their discounts and promotions, although on some occasions restaurants will not have all their menu item available in the promotion, which may be why it did not work.
