I-Qigong ingasebenza ngempumelelo ekusizeni abantu abanenkinga yokuqwasha, ukuphazamiseka okuhlobene nokucindezeleka, ukucindezeleka, ubuhlungu beqolo, isifo samathambo, umfutho wegazi ophakeme, nezinkinga zamasosha omzimba, isimiso senhliziyo nemithambo yegazi, isimiso sokuphefumula, i-bioelectric circulatory system, i-lymphatic system, nesistimu yokugaya ukudla.
