Ratings and reviews

I've been trying to withdraw but the damn app is frustrating my life, asking for google authenticator something I've done before and it was disabled. Now, I've been going through stress with the authentication and without it I can't go on with the transaction. I've to wait for another 24hrs now fgs. What's wrong with this app!

I’m very disappointed with the service. It showed me a “$1000 Mystery Box” and said I’d get a $100 futures trading bonus, but the system only gave me $2 totally a scam! Last time, I traded around $100, and they said I’d receive a $200 voucher, but again they gave it only for open positions and only if I already had balance in my futures account. What a terrible, misleading, and scammy exchange! Worst service ever! 🖐️🖐️🖐️

Very disappointing experience with Bitget rewards. I completed all campaign requirements, including trading volume, eligible pairs, and fees, yet my account was marked “Not Eligible” without any clear reason. Customer support only provides vague “risk control” responses with no explanation or evidence. This lack of transparency makes Bitget campaigns feel unreliable and misleading. Bitget should clearly explain disqualifications to maintain user trust.
