I only gave Cardo 4 stars because... 1) You CANNOT run MESH and Bluetooth intercoms at the same time. Meaning you can only talk to the MESH group OR the Bluetooth. I would've figured that it would allow those on MESH to talk to the Bluetooth and vice versa making 1 Ride Group not an either or thing. 2) You Have To Have the Cardo linked BEFORE you can play with the app. No provision for you to be able to make adjustments or just familiarize yourself with the app.

So far, so good for my Cardo x4. I have an android phone. I'm still getting used to what buttons and comands do what, but connecting it to my phone seems to be ok. My Ol'Man is having issues with his Cardo x4. He has an Apple phone. He can't get it to connect, and it seems to be paring 3x and showing up 3xs on his phone as a paired system, but never fully works. It's confusing and annoying!

I can't update the cardo freecom 4x from the USB on my computer. It states "this update is not compatible with your device." Also, the voice control won't stay turned on, just like someone else has mentioned. This is one of the biggest reasons I purchased this unit, for voice control. I contacted customer service via email, which is the only option I can find. It takes a while for them to get back to you. I don't want to have to solve the issue over several days with back and forth emails.
