What is this poor attempt of saving budgets? I get that you're combined already, but is there really a need to combine the app as well and make it so that MyDigi and Celcom Life unusable. I also don't like the fact that I have to verify my account with ID and all that. Isn't it enough to verify it when we first purchase the sim card? This feels more like a blatant attempt of taking someone's info. Edit: I check a little bit more and it seems there's not a lot of unlimited internet plans now.

My payment details cannot be saved in the apps. It's very troublesome to keep filling my payment info in the app while the app is having problem to process payment with less than a minute of countdown. Once failed, I have to refill again and go to the same process again. It says that it could save my info but nevertheless, it never did. Please fix it. Thank you.

I also don't understand why the telco app has to be linked to MyDigital ID. It's really inconvenient. The app only allows registration on one phone, so after changing my phone I can't access the app anymore because it requires verification from my previous device, which I no longer have access to. I'm perfectly fine using a TAC (OTP) code to log in instead of MyDigital ID. That would be much more convenient, especially when changing to a new phone.
