Has ads. Stupidest booking app ever! Don't use in a hurry. Whats the point of favorite destinations but you can't use them in future? 90% detects wrong pickup location and when you want to edit pickup it automatically goes to the destination field. No other app does this! So if you're in a hurry and not paying attention, it is near impossible to delete once taxi arrives. If autopay, you need to call customer service and after a long list of questioning they refund in 3-5 working days.

Like many other reviewers stated, since the latest update, I can't find records of any past or incoming trips in the app. Booked a trip in advance, got the confirmation notification, but the trip was nowhere to be found in the app. Only got the message saying that I have a pending trip when I tried to re-book (as I thought my initial booking was cancelled).

Dear Sir/Mdm, you may navigate to the 'Activities' tab found at the bottom part of your app to track the booking. However, if you still encounter the same issue, please write to us at feedback@cdgtaxi.com.sg with a screen recording, app review username and we will do our best to assist you. Works some of the time. Pairing doesn't always work and is overly difficult to find a working QR code in the cab. There is no way to turn off promotion/advertising notifications. There is no way to find past/currently active promo codes if you've dismissed the notification. First impressions of the app UX is overly complicated, "Pay for Hail" must mean something locally, but as an outsider this is completely unclear that you need to go through there to pair with the ride.
