used to enjoy the app but since 1-2 weeks ago, something changed with the app that causes it to crash every time. the only way to get the app to work is to go into its settings and clear all its data. then it'll work until you close the app, and then you have to repeat clearing it's data all over again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this issue still persists. this is the only app on my phone that is giving this issue.

Nothing ever loads, so you can't ever properly see the item, its available sizes & colors, so you can't add things to your cart. The purchase history is inaccurate. If you make any typo the app has no clue what you mean; c'mon you basically specialize in clogs what do you mean you can't code your app to go "oh, work cllgs...did you mean work clogs?" Both the crocs website and app are bad, but I've had better luck with the website... they're out of stock like half the time and the search is bad!

I like the New & Trending category, but don't like how I can't enlarge any product photos even though that's possible on the website. My biggest issue is with the cart. I was excited to see that it has a Save for Later option but the Cart is so glitchy. If it has around 20 items, the quantities disappear, I can't edit the cart anymore (have to clear it online), and I have to close the app in order to navigate again. Save for Later completely disappeared after adding about 20 items too.
