I was locked out of the DSW site due to "clicking and scrolling too quickly or too often" while creating a favorites list and deciding which shoes to keep in the cart. I'm a 66 year old lady, and I am not able to text or scroll quickly. This lock-out apparently resets every time you try to log back in, adding another hour. Needless to say, this was not an easy nor pleasant shopping experience.

This app is misleading and withholds information intentionally to deceive the customer. It forces you to give them location access with no guarantee that the product is available at a nearby store. Sales were misleading as well. I chose a product that said "take an additional percent off of this purchase with this code.". I almost completed the purchase before being told the code that THEY promoted was only for regular price items, not sale items. Even though the app encouraged me to use.

There are areas of opportunity with the ux on the app. choosing the delivery vs. pick up option is one. I should need to tell you where I want to pick up and then still have to select pick up. if I'm selecting a location, the app should know that's what I'm choosing. also the savings codes are not always populating when a customer would want to use them. this makes for a frustrating check out.
