Ridiculous amount of email, even after unsubscribing, they continue sending it. On day 1 of creating an account, I received 27 emails. I unsubscribed from all emails, next 6 hours, I received 4 more so far. No way to delete your account, only deactivate. All your information remains in the system. No help system or help button anywhere in the app. Horrible app design, not well thought out at all.b

I'm a premium member but it keeps saying I have to upgrade to be a premium. I can't message or receive messages. I tried different ways to correct this but no one seems to want to help me.

It has been mostly positive. Because, I'm on the website, to meet nice, like minded people. The Condition to meeting people. Has too, many "hoops to jump through" to "Contact or Meet Someone!"(to "coin a phrase!) That is an issue the Company, needs to review! It, "Distract's from the "Objective!" To, "Meet Someone," in a positive context! Thanks, for listening!🥴☺️👍
