This app worked well to get drivers in touch with customers looking for rides. My issue with the app is with the conversation policy. I thought I booked a ride the following day for a pick up at 8:30am. the app didn't put the time into military time so I mistakenly booked a transfer at 8:30 pm. I believe if the time said 20:30 I would not have made that mistake. The driver at 8:30am told me to contact gettransfer... They didn't contact me until after my transfer time. Not helpful.

This company is a total scam. I had booked 3 rides with them and NONE of the drivers actually showed for the transfers. I have been trying for 2 months now to get a refund, but so far they will only give me a fake credit. I looked at trying to use the credit to get rid of it, The prices they quoted were 2 to 2.5 times more than any other comparable site. Do not download or use this app/company - they are a scam

I put that I wanted a ride the same day but they booked it for the following day I sat outside calling and waiting on the driver who never showed then I opened the app and noticed they put the wrong day. they didn't provide any service and they set the service for the future instead of the requested time and then refused any type of refund. Whatever you do don't use this app a traditional car service is cheaper and more reliable. now I have to dispute the charges through the credit card company.
