Managing Your Account:

Your privacy and control over your data are important to us. If you wish to delete your account, you can easily do so directly within the app. Please follow these simple steps:

- Account Tab -> Account -> Delete account
- Tap the 3 checkboxes then tap Delete.
- Enter your Wyze account password again and tap Delete.
Upon deleting your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, and you will not be able to recover any data associated with your account.

Ratings and reviews

The app used to be great and I had no issues. Ever since they did the major overhaul I have a lot of issues with live view, viewing old events despite having an SD card that is functioning normally, and seeing event notifications. My partner is still on a much older version and has zero issues. Support has not helped They just say to update your app to the latest version and make sure your cameras are up to date. The basic things I've already tried. Wyze is not listening to customers at all.

The new app update is extremely buggy and features like replay no longer exist. You can no longer download the event because it bugs out and freezes up the device or says it cannot be downloaded. The overlay screen covers up the video what you're trying to view but by the time the overlay disappears the video has ended. So you missed what was on the video. This Auto switching from landscape to horizontal and back and forth is driving me crazy. Make it stop. Worst update ever.

TLDR: long time customer, latest update is broken Checked my purchase history and been a customer 5+ yrs: had mostly good experiences but they do keep switching free features to paid. Not much fun, but not the first to do this in the tech world right? But the update that just happened is really hard to navigate and crashes every time I try to download a recording. Keeping this review as one star until this gets fixed enough that the app is usable again. No don't send me to your "tech wizards"
