The new updated app is completely a nuisance,scam and very annoying. Since I updated has not been able to send money anywhere including on my own Mpesa number. The OTP is send but the keying in space doesn't respond, it's inactive even tapping can't respond yet the OTP doesn't auto fill. It expires yet transaction not complete. it's just disgusting.

Terrible app that gets worse with each update. After the last update each time I open it, it goes to the get started page like I'm a new user. It requires Otp for each & every transaction, has the occasional app stopped working error. Not sure how KCB is paying money for this.

The new update is so exhausting always asking for an OTP when you're sending money to your mpesa and takes long to send it to your phone making you try again and again. It's so tiring.
