Not good for diaspora users. Immediately after upgrading to the app it asks one to switch off wifi and use mobile data for number verification. unfortunately, using safcom data plan in some countries is impossible, so no verification occurs therefore the app is rendered unusable. Also, the suggested option of using internet banking is bogus, tried resetting my password and it tells me to visit a branch. Very good use of digitalization, very good.

Am I the only one who is having difficulties completing the verification process of this app? The keyboard/cursor is not responding. I have tried to contact you guys but in vain; please help, especially those people who are abroad. I'm roaming with my Safaricom line but still stuck in the middle. I will appreciate your response kindly.

Better the Old app. First, this new one is not showing the exact amount in the account. I am forced to go back to *522# to get the correct amount etc. Secondly, must I indicate the reason why I am withdrawing money from my account even if it's 1000/-? Thirdly, doing two transactions simultaneously takes a lot of time before it allows. Kindly allow us to use the old app.
