Not good for diaspora users. Immediately after upgrading to the app it asks one to switch off wifi and use mobile data for number verification. unfortunately, using safcom data plan in some countries is impossible, so no verification occurs therefore the app is rendered unusable. Also, the suggested option of using internet banking is bogus, tried resetting my password and it tells me to visit a branch. Very good use of digitalization, very good.

One-time mobile data check? Fine. But every time you open the KCB app? Unusable. Blocks secure Wi-Fi, burns expensive data just to check your balance—and still crashes constantly on Android Go. Genuinely can't use it at all. Don't want anyone else going through this. Backward, expensive, broken. Avoid until they fix it.

The bank app has been currently experiencing glitches or inaccessibility.One instance I have encountered is one time I had an emergency and I currently don't own any ATM card I had tried access my account online but it couldn't,all it kept saying there was a problem with the system.Second time I had stranded at a petrol station trying pay for gas when accessing the app it would open but display o.oo balances on my account,neither savings would reflect too when I'd try withdraw or pay nothing yet
