Probably the most absurd experience I’ve had with a banking app. Requiring mobile data on the registered sim card even when WiFi is available is beyond regressive. Very disappointing. Secondly, i never received any communication that the previous app was no longer supported, or maybe i was just too busy or y'all just didn't communicate. and finally I'm having issues with the app. Crashes, blank screen, pauses and delays. Looks like the app was released in it's beta stage which is so unfortunate

Hello Geddy, use of mobile data from the registered line is only required for the first login to facilitate SIM card verification; Other data sources can be used for the subsequent App access; update to the latest version and share any issues via DM (X:@KCBInKenya, Facebook: KCB Group). ^DK

I’m unable to make three or more transactions at once, which is really frustrating. Whenever I try to send money, the app often shows an error or becomes unresponsive. Even after entering the authentication code, the transaction doesn’t go through, and I have to retry several times. This can easily lead to sending more money than intended

DON'T USE THIS APP tell me why after after making a transaction with this app, 2weeks later the funds have not been accredited to the receiver's account and mind you, the funds were deducted from my account. when i check my statement in the app, the transaction is still "in processing".a one star rate for this app is even way more. and let me not mention the number of times this app keeps crashing and logging me out
