very dissatisfied, I initiated loan repayment, got receipt from the app that the process was successful only to later get an SMS indicating a roll over fee had been charged for late repayment. Whereas I had already requested for the amount to be deducted way before the deadline. Shouldn't the process be seamless, and it's not like money was not in the account.

This new update might have some improved features and maybe better security however, it falls short in a couple of areas. I've only used it briefly but one issue I have is the font size being way too small n the app. They are not scaled to the preference of mobile devices. it seems that the font size is better suited for a large monitor secondly the mini statements don't offer very useful info compared to the old app. it's even better to use ibank mobile website than this app at the moment.

This is one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. I can't log in properly because the app takes an extremely long time to load—sometimes almost one hour. Even when it finally opens, sending money either from the bank or to mobile numbers is a serious problem. Transactions fail, hang, or do not go through at all. It should be reliable, fast, and easy to use, but this app fails in all these basic areas. Please fix the login issues and transaction delays because the app is not usable at all.
