very confusing user interface. you make a request and no one accepts, you change plans and 30 minutes later you receive a call without any prior notification from a courier telling you I'm in the location what's your order!! Moreover my order was paid. But the receipt issued by the courier has order value of 10 SAR!! The only thing done right was that my order was delivered, anything else is a total mess.

Very bad cs i can't use my account 3 moths ago as every time i got account suspended, told cs and they mentioned will check and inform concern party, it is second time my account gets suspended but this time i can't solve the option to contact cs no valid on app, sent many mails without reply I have money on wallet if u can't verify m account again, at least send them back I can't reach to anyone!!!!! Why the module of cs or support not valid at least!!!!!

It's been a month since I've tried to place an order and pay. It just doesn't work. The subscribe ribbon is in the way of something I have to click on. And I have tried to click place order but it's grayed out no matter what I do. I tried adding money, but it gets stuck and nothing happens. Did this app go broke or something? Did marsool close?
