Ratings and reviews

I wish I could give it a better rating, since I love Pizza Nova, but the app is so glitchy. Half the time I have issues with it loading and/or logging in. there's no delivery in my area, and doing the pickup option is often an exercise in futility. I have to click the same thing over and over, which sometimes results in my order being wiped and I have to start over. I love the points option, but if I consistently have to call in or just go there and order at the counter, I'm not getting them.

So completely USELESS!! Impossible to place a pickup order, because it needs to know what store to pick up from, but will not list any stores to select from. Since the only way to entertain contests and earn reward points, the whole thing feels like it's just a scam. I emailed about this over a month ago, and got a reply that a ticket would be opened to fix it, but nothing's changed. Might as well delete it and just order on the phone or web, because they haven't a clue how to make an app.

The app has stopped working again, can't get past the login screen. The stay logged in feature has never worked. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I still had to use the website to order. I was not able to select a different saved payment card other than the default. The new app experience, since its launch, has been very underwhelming. Improvements are desperately needed.
