They've somehow managed the impossible and actually made things worse. I tried to connect my watch to my new phone and was met with a message saying it was no longer supported (S3 Frontier). Well, since they force you to disconnect from the old device and delete all of your data in order to pair the watch with a new one, and my old phone is broken, I now own a fancy paper weight that doesn't even function as a normal watch anymore. Thanks Samsung. The future looks great.

using for a watch 6 classic, worked great for a couple years, then the update to 8. that is making it useless, resetting at least a couple times a week, sometimes more than once a day. seems like it has something to do with Bluetooth, it works for a while, then out of nowhere the battery will drain out. I'm talking from almost full to dead in an hour. fix it, or I'll be done with Samsung forever

Update does not recognize that my watch was connected to the phone before the update. I have to attempt to reconnect my watch and it fails in the process. And no, I am not downloading logs to send you so, I can help you fix this junk you put out. You can revert the version back to what was working and fix this issue on your own time. Keep this up and Im going back to my Garmin Fenix.
